Returns/Exchanges


 EXCHANGE ONLY

We will send the store credit directly to you and then you can go straight on the site and use it for your new item. We cannot hold Tulip sizes, so if you need to do an exchange we suggest sending it ASAP - as we cannot guarantee that the original color in the size you need will be available when you receive your credit. This has changed from how we used to do it, so it will no longer take time to process - we will send you the credit within 3 days of receiving your item. 

EMAIL FOR RETURN ADDRESS AND VERIFICATION - PLEASE ALLOW A FEW DAYS FOR US TO GET BACK TO YOU. THIS MEANS - AS LONG AS WE HAVE AN EMAIL DATED FROM YOU 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO RETURN.

*We do not provide return labels but if it is a direct exchange that we have in stock - for size or color - we will pay for the exchange when we ship it back to you.*

DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED

If you think that you've received a defective item, were sent an incorrect style/size or are missing items, please contact hello@oliveanddori.com within 3 business days of receiving so that we can get this taken care of right away. If we do not receive an inquiry from you in 3 business days after arrival we will have the right to refuse the return.

**Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached. Shoe boxes MUST be included. We will check this once received and if all is good condition we will process the return and email you a store credit as fast as possible, in some cases it may take 5 - 7 business days for the entire process - BE PATIENT. We will also keep your store credit on file since we know it is easy to misplace, so feel free to email us if you can't find your store credit at anytime**

*Sale Items are FINAL SALE. - If you bought it on sale - you cannot return or exchange it. I suggest gifting it to someone! We usually do our sales at such a low price that we stick to this policy.
*Gift Cards are non-refundable
*Shipping is non-refundable

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift in the messages then we will allow a 30 day window for returns directly from the gift receiver for store credit.

*Please ship back kindly so that no damage is caused to the item.
